OR Trading supplies jewelry on a wholesale, business-to-business basis to retailers and distributors. We do not sell to the public through this website, and nothing on this website constitutes a consumer offer.
Catalogues, line sheets, and price lists are indicative and shared in confidence with prospective partners. All orders become binding only once confirmed by us in writing, together with the agreed prices, quantities, and delivery terms.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, import duties, and shipping. Payment terms are agreed per partner and confirmed on each order confirmation.
Diamonds are supplied with GIA, IGI, or HRD certification as stated on the relevant line sheet or order confirmation. Certificates accompany the goods.
These terms and any commercial agreement with OR Trading Ltd are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We ship worldwide and currently serve partners in 47 countries. All shipments are sent fully insured with tracked, signature-on-delivery couriers. Shipping methods, costs, and timelines are confirmed on each order confirmation.
Please inspect every consignment on arrival and report any discrepancy, damage, or shortage to your account manager as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.
Return and exchange arrangements for wholesale orders are agreed per partner and set out in your commercial terms. Items that arrive faulty or not as described are always addressed: contact your account manager with the order reference and certificate number and we will make it right.
